Marketing Campaign Development: Designing and producing marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns, to attract new customers and drive engagement for educational programs.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Managing platforms like Canvas to ensure courses are branded consistently and engage learners effectively. This may include configuring courses, updating content, and monitoring user feedback to enhance the learning experience.
Strategic Planning: Developing short, medium, and long-term strategies to support institutional goals, such as expanding offerings into new markets, launching new courses, or improving the user experience for older learners.
Course Design and Development: Collaborating with instructional designers to create engaging and interactive online courses, tailoring content to different learner needs and ensuring alignment with academic standards and branding guidelines.
Project and Product Management: Applying Agile methodologies (Nested WorkFLOW, WorkFLOW, and ProductFLOW Management) to manage the flow of work within your teams and to deliver customer value back to the market. This may include planning sprints, refining tasks, managing risks, and ensuring integration and solution testing.
